At SpookyRoute, we respect your right to privacy and your control over your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your SpookyRoute account and all associated personal data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our dedicated data deletion address: pat.grady+user_delete@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
- In the body of the email, please include the email address or username associated with the SpookyRoute account you wish to delete. This is necessary for us to verify your identity and locate your account.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your request, we will begin the process of permanently deleting your account and all related data from our systems. This process includes removing your personal information, account settings, and any content you have provided.
Please allow up to 30 days for the deletion process to be completed. We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been permanently removed.
Please note that some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes, but it will not be linked to you in any way.
